- Speaking: Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst traveling in an area where the language is spoken.
- Writing: Can produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest.
Functional Outcome: Overall, passing the B1 level means you can handle everyday communication in English independently, dealing with various situations and engaging in conversations on familiar topics.
