Formerly Yuno Learn Inc., we proudly opened our doors on February 27, 2015. Our name, Yuno, comes from the Japanese word Yūnō (有能), meaning “skilled.”

Humble Beginnings

Our journey began in a cozy condo apartment in Katipunan, Quezon City. A passionate group of Japanese language and culture enthusiasts came together with a mission: to make learning Japanese more accessible, fun, and engaging.

From those humble beginnings, we built a steady flow of clients—from business professionals to fellow Japanese culture lovers. We also forged partnerships with prestigious Japanese schools in Okinawa and Tokyo.

In 2020, while Yuno was thriving, the Covid-19 pandemic hit the Philippines, disrupting many industries, including education. But we didn’t let that stop us.

Instead, we saw it as a chance to innovate. We digitized our materials and shifted to online classes, making learning not only fun and effective but also accessible and convenient for all our students!
